Use AI, automation, and digital tools to improve learner experience and processes, work with stakeholders and technology teams, and support reporting and certification tasks.

Build and maintain investor-grade integrated financial models (3-statement, scenario, sensitivity, LRP) to support capital allocation, raises, liquidity events, and Board-level decisions. Clean and reconcile imperfect data, stress-test assumptions, present analysis to the CFO and senior stakeholders, and improve modelling through automation and AI.

Lead analysis of complex business needs for the Ultimo product, translate unclear requirements into actionable solutions, collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering and QA, use AI tools to accelerate analysis, and drive implementation from discovery through delivery.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native APIs and accessibility-first UIs. Deliver AI-native features for carbon accounting and ESG reporting. Own reliability, telemetry, SLOs, CI/CD, incident response, and application-level DevOps. Mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, champion code quality, testing, security, and collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Platform teams to build modular, event-driven services for industrial decarbonization.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native APIs and accessibility-first UIs for an industrial sustainability reporting platform. Deliver AI-native features for carbon accounting and ESG data, drive modular, event-driven architecture, ensure reliability (SLOs, telemetry), champion DevOps/CI-CD, mentor engineers, and own production quality and incident response.
