Provide global support for IFS business applications in the manufacturing domain: resolve medium-complexity customer issues, meet SLA/KPI targets, execute maintenance, share knowledge, train colleagues, and propose process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and maintain execution tracking, action logs, and governance cadence across Partner Operations. Publish structured operational communications across M365, Viva, Outlook, Teams and Partner Connect. Ensure Asana is the system of record, drive stakeholder follow-up, use AI to summarise updates and improve workflows, and support governance forums to provide decision-ready updates and enforce operational discipline.
