Own Copperleaf’s revenue operations function, including forecasting, pipeline management, demand generation, deal desk, Salesforce and sales technology, analytics, territory planning, capacity modeling, and sales compensation. Improve forecast accuracy, sales productivity, deal execution, and ARR growth by creating a predictable enterprise sales process. Lead AI adoption across go-to-market operations and present performance insights and risks to senior leadership.

Owns the full enterprise software sales cycle across strategic accounts, including territory and account planning, pipeline generation, demand creation, qualification, RFI/RFP management, business-case development, negotiation, and closing. The role carries annual sales targets, maintains accurate CRM data and forecasts, collaborates with partners and global teams, and uses consultative, value-based selling to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise software using Go, distributed systems, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies. Build production AI-native applications incorporating LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows. Partner with Product and Design, solve complex customer problems, mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and promote engineering excellence, observability, testing, security, and operational readiness.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise AI deals ($500k+ ACV). Build pipeline in target strategic accounts, lead consultative value-based discussions with executives, position IFS AI solutions, and collaborate with regional sales and solution teams to drive recurring revenue.

Lead operational readiness and implementation of IFS Cloud products in the IFS-NEC shared tenant. Design scalable, secure, cost-optimized cloud solutions using automation and AI, manage migrations, mentor teams, handle escalations, collaborate with NEC and regional teams, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance for services in Japan.
