Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, SOW development, forecasting, and CRM management while collaborating with sales and delivery teams. Mentor sales engineers and translate technical solutions into measurable business value.

Serves as the primary advisor for assigned Red Hat partners, building relationships, driving solution adoption, managing renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
