Serve as an executive-facing acquisition and program management SME supporting MDA. Provide lifecycle acquisition analysis, direct ASP/ASB secretariat activities, manage acquisition planning and risk, produce and maintain source-selection-sensitive briefings and documentation, coordinate senior-level briefings and external engagements, and track actions to drive program decisions.

Support MDA acquisition lifecycle by advising program offices and PCOs on FAR Part 7 procurement strategy, evaluating proposals, managing GFP compliance and contract closeouts, producing executive reports, maintaining PIEE/ETMS2 data products, and coordinating audits, briefings, and SharePoint/Access portal management. Requires active Secret clearance and on-site attendance at Redstone Arsenal.

Provide senior agency-wide acquisition and program management support for major weapon systems and services. Lead acquisition planning, risk management, and baseline support; prepare strategies and briefings for Acquisition Strategy Panels/Boards; author executive materials; manage action trackers, document tracking, and high-visibility external engagements; perform business process analysis and special projects to drive data-driven decisions for senior leadership.

Provide on-site systems administration and user support for DoD/MDA procurement systems (ECWM, ORBIT, PIEE, WAWF, FPDS, SAM.gov). Manage accounts, run interactive SQL, maintain security models, create SOPs, deliver user training, and ensure compliance and data integrity. Requires active Secret clearance.

Provide on-site systems administration and functional support for MDA contracting offices, managing DoD contract writing systems (ECWM/ORBIT/PIEE/WAWF), running SQL scripts, maintaining security models, administering user accounts, training staff, and producing SOPs and help documentation to ensure secure, compliant procurement operations.

Lead small business outreach and CRM modernization for MDA: perform market research, maintain searchable contractor databases, manage mentor-protege compliance, coordinate events and communications, produce reports for Congressional/DoD/MDA reporting, and respond to outreach inquiries. Requires active Secret clearance and onsite presence.

Manage and maintain the Small Business website and portals, publish time-sensitive public releases within one workday of clearance, input and analyze data in eSBIE, produce programmatic reports and diagrams, coordinate meetings and MS Teams/webinar support, and ensure IT and Public Affairs compliance. Position requires active Secret clearance and on-site work at Redstone Armory, AL.

Lead development and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for ACAT I/II programs, perform advanced "what-if" scheduling analyses, resolve resource conflicts, provide schedule inputs for acquisition and executive boards, export schedules into stakeholder formats, and support full acquisition and contract award cycles. On-site at Redstone Arsenal; requires active Secret clearance.
