The Senior Accountant will manage the financial reporting for Healthpeak’s Lab portfolio, overseeing straight-line rent calculations for a large number of leases, preparing financial statements, analyzing variances, and coordinating month-end closings. This role involves budgeting, cash flow analysis for joint ventures, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial information for the Senior Housing Operating property portfolio. Duties include financial mapping, preparation of reporting packages, account reconciliations, lease management, and budgeting. Requires a BS degree with Accounting emphasis and previous public company experience. Strong Excel capabilities, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented.

The Cash Management Accounting Associate will manage monthly accounting for cash receipts and funding requests, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and record bank activities. They will ensure compliance with policies, record transactions in the general ledger, assist with audits, and perform other duties as required.
