Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, networking, telephony, and video conferencing. Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets and inventory, configure devices, assist onboarding, train users, maintain knowledge base, and escalate complex problems to IT staff. Support conference room setups and perform moves/adds/changes.

Collect, clean, transform, analyze, and maintain fund and CRM data related to venture and growth equity. Ensure data quality, manage databases and taxonomies, conduct statistical analysis, create dashboards and reports, and track market and competitive activity. Partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams to deliver insights supporting fund practice decisions and business development.

Support corporate transactions including company formations, venture financings, M&A, partnerships, IPOs and securities offerings. Maintain corporate records, assist with due diligence and legal documentation, and help administer stock incentive and securities compliance matters.

Support the Culture & Inclusion function by coordinating programs, affinity group activities, events, communications, logistics, and data tracking. Manage calendars, budgets, vendor invoices, participation metrics, and on-site event support. Draft internal communications, maintain membership lists and Teams channels, assist surveys and reporting, and lead assigned projects under the Directors guidance to foster an inclusive workplace.

The Venture Fund Paralegal supports venture capital fund activities, manages fund formation documentation, and assists with compliance and investor relations.

Provide workplace hospitality, administrative support, and event assistance for the San Francisco office, including conference room readiness, catering and supply coordination, onboarding workspace setup, vendor coordination, expense reimbursement processing, and on-site event support (including occasional after-hours). Maintain organized common areas and support Office Services and Facilities as needed.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations, SharePoint Online sites, and AI-driven automation. Build data pipelines (SSIS/SSRS/SQL), Copilot Studio agents, and custom solutions (C#, .NET, PowerShell). Ensure secure Azure-hosted environments, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable workflows.

The Venture Fund Paralegal will support venture capital fund operations, maintain formation checklists, respond to subscriptions, organize entities, and manage legal documentation and filings.
