The IT Implementations Trainer plays a key role in delivering new products and services to customers. They are responsible for software configuration, training, implementation, and documentation. This position requires travel and offers exposure to cutting-edge technology solutions.

The Software Support Analyst/Help Desk plays a key role in improving and maintaining customer satisfaction by managing incidents, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, and assisting with support incidents. Additional responsibilities include monitoring compliance with Service Level Agreements, identifying training needs or consultancy opportunities for customers, and training customers on suite of products.
