Leads category strategy and analytics for multiple consumer brands by analyzing market, shopper, category, competitive, channel, and customer performance. It also coaches analytics team members and leads omnichannel analytics initiatives while partnering with sales, marketing, finance, operations, demand planning, consumer insights, and data science teams.

Lead paid search and social acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit for Harry's and Flamingo. Own strategy, creative development, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and channel expansion to drive profitable new-customer growth and ROI while collaborating cross-functionally and managing external agencies.
