Assist with technical design for men’s and women’s bottoms, including technical packages, specifications, fit sessions, sample reviews, pattern corrections, quality checks, and documentation. Collaborate with senior designers, product developers, and factories to resolve technical issues and ensure production-ready garments meet fit, construction, and quality standards.

Develop technical packages, specifications, construction details, and measurement charts; oversee fittings, pattern corrections, quality standards, and garment inspections. Collaborate with designers, product developers, and factories to deliver production-ready samples. Improve processes and costs while maintaining quality, monitor trends and materials, and document fit sessions, sample evaluations, and production issues.

Drives apparel product development from concept through production using Browzwear 3D simulations, pattern analysis, fit evaluation, technical documentation, and tech packs. Leads fit sessions, maintains grading standards, resolves construction issues with pattern engineers and vendors, and coordinates with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams to deliver production-ready garments on schedule.

Supports apparel design from concept through final product, maintaining style information and specifications in Centric PLM. Collaborates with sales, senior design, merchandising, and vendors to develop products, create technical drawings and presentations, ensure manufacturing accuracy, research trends, and participate in fit sessions. Requires fashion or product design education, four or more years of experience, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, PLM experience, and a relevant portfolio.

Design and develop seasonal women’s sportswear collections from concepts and sketches through CADs, technical packages, fittings, and final products. Research trends, consumers, materials, and competitors; create storyboards and presentations; collaborate with merchandising, product development, technical design, sales, and fabric teams; maintain design intent, documentation, timelines, fit, function, and commercial viability.

Lead the creative direction and execution of seasonal men’s sportswear collections across wovens, knits, and soft structure. Develop trend concepts, color stories, line plans, flat sketches, and technical design packages. Collaborate with merchandising, technical design, product development, and sourcing to create commercially viable products, participate in fittings, present seasonal assortments, and maintain strong aesthetic and construction standards.
