Leads a software engineering team responsible for the enterprise document management ecosystem. Oversees legacy applications, cloud modernization to Azure, AI-enabled document processing, operational reliability, automation, roadmap planning, vendor collaboration, and technical delivery. Develops team talent, guides architecture and engineering practices, participates in coding and code reviews, manages priorities and resources, and drives migration toward a modern cloud-native document platform.

Supports import and export trade compliance by reviewing shipping documents, managing customs requests, evaluating regulatory requirements, advising customers, tracking service metrics, escalating issues, and improving compliance processes. Coordinates with customers, customs officers, freight forwarders, and internal teams. Maintains regulatory knowledge, supports compliance projects and business initiatives, and tracks project action items through completion.

Supervises order management operations, supports billing and account payments, monitors financial performance, coordinates team workloads and employee development, manages business transitions, promotes compliance, and identifies process improvements. The role also supports customer retention, quotations, pricing, revenue growth, vendor accounts payable, intercompany discrepancies, and operational metrics.

Support onsite trade compliance for a high-tech customer: monitor and resolve classification/valuation tickets, advise on customs and trade law impacts, manage projects, maintain dashboards/reports, facilitate warehouse expansions and trade automation testing, communicate milestones, and support implementation of business initiatives while staying current on supply chain best practices.

Provide in-house commercial and corporate contracting support focused on sell-side customer agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; identify and mitigate legal and commercial risk; create templates/playbooks; manage outside counsel; support banking/credit agreements and dispute management; partner with Sales, Finance, Product and global teams to enable business growth.

Drive new business with named strategic accounts, manage CRM data entry, coordinate cross-regional resources, develop logistics solutions and support onboarding and AR as needed. Regular customer meetings and achievement of revenue targets are required.
