The Senior Graphic Designer will create high-quality designs for various church-related projects, collaborate with teams, lead design direction, and ensure visual standards across platforms while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Plan and manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and creative assets for major church events. Coordinate with creative, tech, production, and campus teams, produce event briefs, oversee lobby decor, and ensure timely delivery of video, design, and live elements across campuses.

The Staffing Support Coordinator manages staffing logistics, including interviews, onboarding, and staff development, ensuring a warm experience for candidates and employees.

Plan and coordinate creative social and paid media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Spotify, CTV). Partner with Advertising Specialists and Data Analysts to track and report campaign performance. Maintain a church-wide calendar, collaborate across departments on initiatives, and facilitate clear communication and teamwork.

Lead visual design for weekend experiences, sermon series, digital and social content. Develop and maintain brand standards, collaborate with creative teams, provide direction to designers and freelancers, partner with video/animation teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver final production-ready assets in a fast-paced, Sunday-Thursday ministry environment. Active church participation expected.
