Coordinates Elevation College and campus apprenticeship programs, including schedules, practicum placements, onboarding, recruitment events, travel, housing, budgets, communications, shipping, and mentor coordination. Supports the College Director and ministry departments while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities. Count, verify, and reconcile weekend offerings; maintain accurate contributions data; respond to donor inquiries; prepare quarterly giving statements; and help oversee offering collection across multiple campuses.

Partner with Advertising Specialists and Data Analysts to track and report campaign performance. Maintain a church-wide calendar, collaborate across departments on initiatives, and facilitate clear communication and teamwork.

Assist in programming and executing online production events, manage volunteers, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate broadcast elements for worship experiences.

Manage creative projects from kickoff to completion for social and campaign channels by building timelines, assigning tasks, coordinating shoots and production, tracking budgets and spend, aligning stakeholders, and supporting event-related creative execution while fostering collaborative, values-driven team culture.
