Responsibilities include discovery, conversation design, content writing, journey mapping, stakeholder alignment, client presentation, compliance-aware healthcare messaging, implementation support, and post-launch optimization. The role uses performance data and experimentation to improve engagement and outcomes, develops reusable content frameworks, collaborates cross-functionally, and applies AI-assisted tools with rigorous human review.

Leads and grows Corporate IT, overseeing identity, endpoints, SaaS administration, ITSM, device lifecycle, vendors, governance, compliance support, documentation, and automation. Partners with InfoSec and business leaders to scale secure internal technology services. Drives self-service, AI-assisted support, and workflow automation to reduce repetitive tickets, while managing IT operations, budgets, licensing, reporting, and cross-functional technology intake.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-first B2B SaaS product initiatives: write PRDs, define LLM-based features, run customer discovery, own vendor integrations, present roadmaps to execs, query data to validate decisions, and align distributed Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML teams.

Own pre-sales opportunities from discovery through scoped, priced proposals. Design end-to-end technical solutions, define data/integration requirements, build PSGs/BRDs and business cases, align stakeholders, ensure compliance (TCPA/HIPAA), and maintain accurate Salesforce opportunity data while partnering cross-functionally to make solutions sellable and executable.
