Administer and operate on-premises and cloud PostgreSQL infrastructure ensuring availability, recoverability, performance, and scalability. Design HA/replication, backup/PITR, monitoring, capacity planning, and partitioning strategies. Investigate incidents, coordinate remediation, support migrations, automate operations (Ansible), and optimize cloud database costs while collaborating with development, QA, and support teams.

Provide L1 technical support for B2B market-data products: troubleshoot high-load systems, communicate with clients and vendors, monitor system health, document incidents, propose root-cause fixes, assist product rollouts, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Administer and operate on-premises and cloud PostgreSQL databases for availability, performance, recoverability, and scalability. Design HA architectures, backups/PITR, monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, partitioning, migrations, incident response, and cost optimizations. Collaborate with developers, QA, and support; participate in on-call rotation and drive database technology innovation.

Manage, monitor and optimize Oracle and PostgreSQL databases; design and implement DB structures; troubleshoot performance; implement backup, recovery and security; automate tasks; support developers; maintain documentation and perform upgrades/patches.

Develop and enhance rich internet applications: server-side logic, REST/WebSocket APIs, performance optimization, observability, and collaborate with designers, analysts, developers, and customers.

Provide technical Level 1 support for dxFeed market-data products: troubleshoot high-load systems, communicate with global B2B clients, monitor system health, document incidents, help roll out products, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify root causes and propose improvements.

Manage day-to-day local accounting in Uzbekistan: process primary documents, maintain electronic document flow and tax cabinet, perform month- and year-end closings, reconciliations, payments, payroll-related accounting, prepare statutory/tax reports, and coordinate with banks, tax authorities, vendors, auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance.

The Senior Systems/Networks Engineer will manage critical server subsystems, maintain network equipment, oversee cloud environments, automate deployment, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior engineers.
