Provide advanced paralegal support to the U.S. Attorney's Office: investigate qui tam and civil fraud matters, analyze documents and evidence, coordinate productions, conduct research, communicate with witnesses and agencies, assist AUSAs with trial preparation and evidence presentation, maintain case files, and perform related duties including purging closed ACE cases.

Support USAO attorneys by researching and analyzing case materials, preparing pleadings and discovery, organizing files and exhibits, interviewing law enforcement, assisting with probable cause and pretrial preparation, producing reports and trial exhibits, and providing training as needed.

Provide independent paralegal support to the Criminal Division: manage and review documents, perform data searches and summaries, prepare legal pleadings and discovery, assist with interviews and trial preparation, maintain dockets and calendars, produce exhibits, and use MS Office and litigation support tools. Interact with AUSAs and law enforcement, ensure deadlines, and support other DOJ divisions as needed. Requires U.S. citizenship and a multi-year background investigation.

Support the US Attorney's Office Financial Litigation Unit by extracting case information from LIONS, PACER, and sentencing documents; create case folders and initial legal correspondence; generate and secure investigative reports (Lexis-Nexis, credit, BOP Sentry); coordinate with prosecutors, investigators, probation officers and court clerks to enforce restitution judgments.

Support DEA attorneys by reviewing and analyzing case materials, conducting legal research, assessing probable cause, preparing pleadings and discovery, organizing files and exhibits, interviewing law enforcement witnesses, producing summaries and trial exhibits from databases, and assisting with pretrial and settlement preparations.

Support FBI mission by collecting, analyzing, reconciling, and entering information from multiple sources; maintain case files, prepare reports and documents, track case status, coordinate information requests, and provide timely status updates.

Support the US Attorney's Office by gathering, analyzing, reconciling, and entering case information from multiple sources; maintain physical files and case status, prepare documents and reports, perform word processing, coordinate information requests, and provide timely status updates.
