Support ATF mission by reconciling and quality-controlling financial and compliance databases, reviewing financial statements for legal and regulatory compliance, recommending corrective actions, evaluating audit operations for efficiency, and drafting office budget requests.

Review, validate, and enter case data from multiple sources; create and manage case files; resolve data inconsistencies; prepare reports and correspondence; track case status and deadlines; provide timely status updates and support FBI asset forfeiture investigations.

Support USAO attorneys by researching and analyzing case materials, preparing pleadings and discovery, organizing files and exhibits, interviewing law enforcement, assisting with probable cause and pretrial preparation, producing reports and trial exhibits, and providing training as needed.

Provide independent paralegal support to the Criminal Division: manage and review documents, perform data searches and summaries, prepare legal pleadings and discovery, assist with interviews and trial preparation, maintain dockets and calendars, produce exhibits, and use MS Office and litigation support tools. Interact with AUSAs and law enforcement, ensure deadlines, and support other DOJ divisions as needed. Requires U.S. citizenship and a multi-year background investigation.

Support the US Attorney's Office Financial Litigation Unit by extracting case information from LIONS, PACER, and sentencing documents; create case folders and initial legal correspondence; generate and secure investigative reports (Lexis-Nexis, credit, BOP Sentry); coordinate with prosecutors, investigators, probation officers and court clerks to enforce restitution judgments.

Support DEA attorneys by reviewing and analyzing case materials, conducting legal research, assessing probable cause, preparing pleadings and discovery, organizing files and exhibits, interviewing law enforcement witnesses, producing summaries and trial exhibits from databases, and assisting with pretrial and settlement preparations.

Support USAO attorneys by researching and analyzing case materials, preparing pleadings, organizing discovery and exhibits, interviewing law enforcement, summarizing testimony, producing trial exhibits and documents, and assisting with pretrial and settlement work. Use litigation support tools and databases and provide training as needed while maintaining file organization and high-quality work under pressure.
