Lead and supervise a remote customer support team to prioritize inbound requests, resolve critical cases, monitor KPIs, coach agents, liaise with operations, run standups, hire and train staff, and use data to improve customer experience.

Provide timely, empathetic inbound customer support via email, chat, and phone. Resolve subscription, payment, delivery, and product issues; process orders and escalate critical cases. Develop product expertise and deliver high-quality, organized service across varied schedules.
