The Account Executive is responsible for developing client relationships, proposing security solutions, and meeting sales targets while collaborating with various teams to secure business. This role involves pipeline development, proposal construction, and closing deals in specified markets.

Manage all aspects of assigned technical projects from award through completion: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field installation oversight, start-up, closeout, cost control, risk mitigation, subcontractor management, customer communication, and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, organizing and application engineering for assigned projects. Ensure projects meet budget and schedule, maintain positive cash flow, serve as customer interface, identify and mitigate risks, monitor job costs using financial systems, and perform additional duties as required.

Support setup, coordination, and ongoing management of global/enterprise programs. Maintain documentation and playbooks, coordinate logistics and stakeholder communication, monitor metrics, compile reports, ensure compliance, resolve operational issues, and support rollout of new services and geographic capabilities to meet customer needs.

Lead and coordinate enterprise account programs, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth. Manage cross-functional teams, enforce program governance, document playbooks, deliver business reviews, monitor financials and system uptime, and mentor colleagues. Serve as primary liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams while driving process consistency and scaling services across regions.

Oversee operations to ensure successful project execution, manage resources and costs, maximize customer satisfaction, assist the Operations Manager, and supervise Project Managers/Coordinators.

Coordinate and administer talent development programs and learning technologies (LMS). Manage program logistics, schedules, communications, participant tracking, reports, and stakeholder support. Monitor program health, troubleshoot basic system issues, maintain documentation and SOPs, and deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues and partners.

The Solutions Architect will design large-scale security solutions for data centers, manage design processes, collaborate with teams, and ensure project quality while mentoring junior staff.
