Serve as primary billing contact for customers; prepare and send invoices; follow up on past-due accounts; create work orders and purchase orders; maintain billing packets and account setup in SAP; support drivers and internal teams with billing information; keep department files and reports current; provide backup support to Customer Service as needed.
