Inspect installations, review submittals and test reports, ensure compliance with NFPA/NEC, UFC and other federal standards, support small system design, and provide QA audits, reports, and stakeholder coordination for mission-critical power systems including generators, UPS, and EV infrastructure.

Lead integrated business development and marketing to drive sustainable revenue growth across lines of business. Develop enterprise growth and capture strategies, manage pipeline and CRM, build executive relationships, oversee marketing and brand positioning, lead conference engagement, govern growth operations, and mentor growth staff. Ensure capture and proposal execution for public sector pursuits and align BD with delivery.
