Lead end-to-end program management for OPIR and persistent GEOINT acquisition programs across IC/DoD. Oversee planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, source selection support, stakeholder engagement, and technical reviews to deliver mission capabilities and decision-quality information to senior leaders.

Serve as a senior budget, acquisition, and financial management SME for IC/DoD space and GEOINT programs. Develop and defend budget strategies, analyze resource allocation, support source selections, produce decision-quality financial analysis, maintain budget spend plans and financial models, and advise leadership on program performance and execution alternatives.
