Responsibilities include managing technical specification packages, creating fit and production patterns and markers, reviewing samples for fit and quality, communicating corrections to overseas vendors, partnering with quality control, and conducting competitor analysis. The role requires expertise in garment construction, fabrics, grading, technical specifications, and apparel software.

Leads multi-site IT help desk operations, supervising and developing support staff, managing tickets, escalations, KPIs, vendors, procurement, and technology assets. Provides hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software, connectivity, Active Directory, and enterprise applications. Improves service desk processes and end-user experience while coordinating with infrastructure and other IT teams. Requires fluent English and Spanish, on-site availability in La Vega, and occasional nights or weekends.
