Provide comprehensive HR support across talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and job description management. Partner with leaders to document roles, ensure HR policy compliance, support training/development, and maintain up-to-date employment law knowledge to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Manage customer credit accounts: review credit applications, collect past-due invoices, post payments, grant credit extensions, document account status in the CRM, review terms with customers, and escalate delinquent accounts to legal as needed.
