Coaches and develops underwriting staff, manages KPIs and performance reporting, supports FHA and VA guideline compliance, resolves escalated credit decisions, and partners cross-functionally on process improvements and strategic initiatives. The role also implements offshore staffing strategies and ensures underwriting practices meet agency, investor, federal, state, and company requirements.

Supports business development and territory growth for manufactured housing lending markets. The role assists with partner prospecting, onboarding, follow-up, relationship management, market research, lead generation, territory planning, presentations, and retailer training. Associates receive structured training and mentorship in lending products, sales strategy, consultative selling, and the mortgage lifecycle, with a pathway to Business Development Manager and sales leadership roles.

Develops manufactured housing lending business across a multi-state territory by prospecting referral partners, managing retailer and builder relationships, increasing loan volume, and growing market share. The role requires territory planning, pipeline management, partner engagement, financing consultations, sales presentations, and training on products and processes. Frequent travel is required, along with CRM use, market analysis, and independent relationship management.
