Lead and support a team of portfolio loan processors for manufactured housing (chattel and land homes). Monitor pipelines and SLAs, resolve guideline and underwriting issues, review files for accuracy, train and onboard staff, manage schedules/timecards, handle first-level customer complaints, and recommend process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality loan closings.

Drive territory growth by building partnerships with manufactured home retailers, communities, builders, and referral sources. Develop business plans, maintain a sales pipeline, manage accounts, deliver presentations and training, analyze market and sales performance, and support partners through the loan process.
