Learn the company’s people, products, processes, field operations, project flow, materials, logistics, and financial performance before assuming ownership of branch operations. The manager will lead hiring, employee development, accountability, problem-solving, productivity, quality, customer experience, and branch growth. This hands-on role requires working in the field, office, shop, yard, and by phone while building team trust and delivering results.

Conduct onsite consultations with homeowners for fencing, decking, patio cover, and sauna projects. Measure properties, assess site conditions, educate customers, create accurate proposals, manage follow-up, and close agreements. Maintain CRM records, achieve revenue and margin targets, and coordinate with Marketing and Operations for smooth project handoffs. The role requires a professional, consultative approach, strong organization, measurement accuracy, accountability, resilience, and clear communication.
