Lead integrated growth plans and execute brand strategies with Schnucks & Festival Foods to grow sales, profit, and share. Build and maintain enterprise data pipelines on Azure Databricks, ingest and transform data into the data lakehouse, support CI/CD deployments, assist with data quality, governance, documentation, and handoffs, and collaborate with architects, senior engineers, and business stakeholders.

Lead indirect procurement strategy and execution across SG&A categories (Professional Services, Consulting, Travel, Contingent Labor). Manage key supplier relationships, run sourcing lifecycles (RFIs/RFPs), identify cost savings using data analytics, implement procurement programs and tools, negotiate contracts with Legal, and mentor procurement team members to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide L2/L3 support and lifecycle management for AVEVA MES across manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot incidents, implement AVEVA System Platform object templates, drive MES standardization and deployments, enable data capture and analytics integration (Power BI, data lakes), and support validation, compliance, and PLC/SCADA integrations.

Drive market growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers to execute distribution, merchandising, promotions, inventory and logistics. Build relationships, resolve retailer and route issues, recruit IDPs, use data and business insights to set targets, support new item launches and ensure planogram compliance. Regular local travel and flexible hours required; proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and strong communication and analytical skills expected.

Support federal, state, and local tax compliance by preparing and filing tax returns, coordinating tax payments, reconciling tax accounts, assisting with audits and notices, and contributing to income tax provision calculations, tax research, and process improvements while collaborating with finance teams and external advisors.

Drive market growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers to execute sales plans, improve route health, secure placements, support inventory/logistics, analyze data, and resolve retailer issues. Visit stores, recruit IDPs, support launches and planogram compliance, and communicate insights to internal teams to grow market share.
