Sell new and used RVs, develop customer relationships and prospect pipelines, conduct product demonstrations, research market trends, maintain customer and sales information, evaluate trade-ins, explain financing options, and close sales in partnership with management and finance teams. The role requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, product knowledge, and basic CRM skills.

Leads dealership sales operations, including new and pre-owned RV, boat, watercraft, and snowmobile sales. Oversees inventory, pricing, deal structuring, financial performance, F&I operations, team coaching, customer issue resolution, promotions, events, and cross-department collaboration. The role is responsible for meeting profitability and volume goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Sell RVs, boats, and outdoor lifestyle products by building customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, following the dealership sales process, and closing deals. The role requires high activity, strong communication, competitiveness, attention to detail, and resilience. Sales consultants work Monday through Saturday, stand and walk on the dealership lot, and may work in varying weather. Prior commission-based, RV, automotive, powersports, or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
