Senior leadership role responsible for driving philanthropic growth, major gifts, donor stewardship, marketing and communications, board engagement, strategic partnerships, and managing advancement staff to expand BCA's visibility and revenue.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing calendar, travel, communications, and meeting materials; coordinate Board of Directors activities, vendor/contracts, office operations, and special projects; serve as liaison across staff, board, artists, partners, and vendors to ensure timely follow-through and execution of institutional priorities.
