Supports account representatives by building freight loads in a transportation management system, scheduling pickups and deliveries, communicating shipment updates, obtaining tracking and proof-of-delivery information, assisting with quotes, and resolving customer and operational issues. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail in a high-volume logistics environment.

Develop, maintain, and grow a book of business through prospecting and cold calling. Serve as a customer-facing sales representative, confirm loads, document interactions in the TMS, coordinate daily with Carrier Sales and Open Board teams, proactively communicate with customers, and resolve service issues to maintain satisfaction and drive revenue.
