Design and analyze structural members and connections, produce engineering drawings and models, ensure structural safety and customer requirements, coordinate with project teams, meet design schedules, and provide technical assistance.

As a Designer I, you'll provide project coordination and structural design services, ensuring safety and integrity while collaborating with teams to meet customer needs.

Designs, installs, and commissions robotic and automation equipment; leads projects from feasibility to handover; develops reliability standards; trains operations and maintenance staff; supports maintenance, OT security, digital initiatives, and continuous improvement across plant sites.

Provide structural estimating and pre-order support for pre-engineered building projects. Prepare accurate, timely quotations, offer design recommendations and value engineering, mentor junior estimators, collaborate with builders and sales, and support regional profitability and quoting processes.

Manage and grow designated accounts for painted metal coil and toll-processing products. Create account business plans and sales strategies, analyze market and KPI data, present solutions to executives, and ensure strong customer relationships. Regular overnight travel (up to 50%) and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales, revenue, and margin goals.

Assist HR with document control and onboarding activities, support induction processes, perform administrative tasks, and carry out other duties as assigned to learn HR operations within a manufacturing environment.

Provide high-complexity structural estimates and pre-order support for pre-engineered metal building projects. Mentor estimators, develop pricing strategies, improve profitability and estimating best practices, and lead training on estimating tools.
