Coordinate BlueCat’s recruitment and co-op program, including university partnerships, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer administration, job fairs, onboarding checks, applicant tracking, reporting, employer branding, and recruitment projects. The role also supports process improvements, candidate communication, recruitment analytics, and administrative activities while collaborating with hiring managers and educational institutions.

Lead and scale BlueCat's U.S. Federal sales: own territory revenue and pipeline, close complex enterprise and Federal deals, build repeatable sales motions, mentor and hire Federal sellers, navigate Federal procurement, and position BlueCat across networking, Zero Trust, automation, and observability initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally.

Hunt and close enterprise sales within U.S. Federal accounts: build executive and multi-threaded relationships, manage complex federal procurement cycles, position BlueCat's network intelligence platform, drive pipeline and revenue, and coordinate with sales engineering, channel, and cross-functional teams.

Develop secure, scalable Python applications and distributed customer solutions. Responsibilities include translating technical requirements, designing services, collaborating with integration architects, researching solutions, conducting code reviews, and supporting software releases throughout the SDLC. The role requires Python development, web frameworks, REST APIs, deployment, CI/CD, containerization, Linux, and software testing experience, with networking knowledge and several additional technologies preferred.

Operate and scale EKS-based Kubernetes clusters and AWS AgentCore systems; build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, IaC with Terraform, and observability. Define SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, alerting, incident response), participate in on-call rotation, and partner with developers to productionize AI/agent workloads for reliability and cost efficiency.
