It requires collaboration with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and bilingual French-English skills.

The Controller oversees regional financial performance, accounting processes, financial schedules, general ledger accuracy, monthly statements, receivables, payroll, tax obligations, audits, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory compliance. The role manages direct reports, communicates financial results to leadership, supports internal control and systems improvements, and provides information for tax, legal, regulatory, and special project needs.
