As a Resource Coordinator at Atlas Technica, you will be responsible for scheduling engineering calendars and tickets for a global support organization, coordinating IT resources, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. You will also be involved in evaluating, prioritizing, and assigning IT support requests and monitoring resource schedules to ensure prompt service delivery.

Responsible for managing the technology platform and direction of assigned clients, leading a team of Systems Engineers and Sr. Systems Engineers, developing client technology roadmap, acting as main point of contact and escalation point, overseeing technical projects, providing guidance and consultative services to clients, identifying obstacles, suggesting improvements, coaching and mentoring engineers, promoting employee engagement, executing support strategy, driving team performance, participating in organizational initiatives.

Atlas Technica is seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to provide IT support services, manage support queries, maintain documentation, and adhere to change control procedures. The role requires 1 year of IT experience and expertise in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and various other technologies. The position involves occasional travel to customer office locations within the metropolitan area.
