The role presents creative rationale to leadership, partners with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, tests new formats, tracks performance, and manages priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Designs, governs, and measures scalable sales enablement programs aligned with revenue and GTM goals. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Learning Consultants, and Content teams to identify performance gaps, define program outcomes, prioritize initiatives, establish KPIs, and evaluate impact. Identify and prioritize market opportunities, develop business cases and requirements, lead discovery and delivery, and guide pilots through launch. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to build scalable AI-enabled capabilities, define positioning and pricing, manage dependencies, and support customer escalations. The role requires strong product judgment, data fluency, cross-functional influence, and customer-focused communication.

Serves as the Tier 3 technical escalation point for complex customer and supplier issues. Diagnoses problems through read-only code review, API and SQL analysis, and software debugging; partners with Engineering and Product teams on root-cause resolution. Defines and optimizes AI-driven support workflows using Forethought AI and influences automation and product improvement strategies.
