The Supplier Support Associate will engage with suppliers primarily through inbound and outbound phone communications, live chats, and emails to gather compliance information and assist with compliance requests. They will validate compliance data, mentor support agents, and stay updated on regulatory changes while providing language support as needed.

The Customer Support Associate assists the Supplier Support team in communicating with Korean and English speaking suppliers, gathering compliance information, and ensuring quality assurance of supplied data. They handle inbound and outbound calls to troubleshoot and educate suppliers on compliance requests, and work closely with other teams to strategize client campaigns and resolve supplier issues.

The Implementation Consultant will ensure program success by implementing Assent’s software, managing client onboarding, and aligning data setup with client goals. They will build relationships with stakeholders, conduct implementation workshops, and identify data risks while maintaining business systems tools for communication and project progress.
