Drive new business and manage accounts using the Salesforce platform. Meet sales quotas, forecast pipeline, deliver executive presentations, develop Statements of Work with sales engineering, conduct account reviews, expand account relationships, oversee project delivery, and cultivate Salesforce channel partnerships.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned managed clients, coordinate operations and escalations, ensure service delivery quality and contract alignment, drive retention and renewals, maintain account plans and technology roadmaps, recommend upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, report KPIs, and lead executive-level client communications.

Lead IT projects from initiation to close, owning schedule, budget, deliverables, and risk. Use Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods, facilitate ceremonies, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, guide go-live and warranty phases, manage change and knowledge transfer, mentor PMs, and report progress to executive sponsors.
