Entry-level SQA role validating mathematical accuracy and statistical integrity of game math models and RNG-driven outcomes. Create validation programs, execute test plans, verify RTP/paytables, analyze distributions with spreadsheets and databases, track math discrepancies, and collaborate with Game/Math/Development teams to resolve issues prior to regulatory submission or release.

Prepare, test, and execute software releases across multiple sites; build and maintain deployment packages; coordinate with test sites and field technicians to troubleshoot and resolve server and deployment issues; update backend systems, documentation, and deployment logs; ensure adherence to deployment policies and best practices.

Lead technical integration testing for server-based electronic gaming products: own integration test strategy and plans, design and execute API- and system-level tests, maintain automated regression suites and SQL Server validation scripts, drive root-cause analysis, mentor SIT engineers, coordinate cross-team release sign-off, and communicate quality metrics and risks to stakeholders.

Install, demonstrate, train, and support POS systems and peripherals for customers. Handle on-site setup, programming, testing, troubleshooting, service requests, inventory, and customer communication while supporting sales efforts and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel up to 40% and participate in on-call rotation.

Analyze game performance across dimensions (game type, venue, state, device, day), publish quarterly gameplay reports, identify player behavior trends, collaborate with account teams, visualize data with Tableau/Power BI/SAP, and recommend data-driven improvements to boost engagement and revenue.

Perform on-site demonstrations, install, program, and support POS systems; train customers; troubleshoot technical issues; manage customer relationships, orders, inventory, and service requests; travel up to 40% and participate in on-call rotation.

Manage relationships with assigned organizations to design and deploy promotional schedules that drive retention and activity. Serve as primary contact between clients and Arrow, coordinate with sales and e-gaming leadership, ensure legal compliance, support new deployments, track timelines, identify risks/opportunities, and contribute to process improvements and marketing/CRM initiatives.

Serve as a strategic partner to the President, drive execution of priorities, capture and follow up on meeting action items, manage executive communications and logistics, prepare materials for leadership and Board meetings, handle confidential matters, support special projects, and build/lead a small executive support team over time.
