Provide phone and email customer support to skilled nursing facilities, coordinate clinical visit schedules and referrals, confirm and communicate patient lists, monitor dashboards and reports, collect necessary forms, collaborate with clinical teams, and ensure timely, high-quality resident care coordination.

Identify marketing opportunities, support strategic sales plans, manage promotional materials, plan meetings/trade shows, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Heavy territory travel and overnight stays required; protect confidential information and meet operational targets.

Manage and retain accounts across a territory, provide excellent customer service, drive insurance sales, conduct regular facility visits, coordinate marketing materials and trade shows, resolve issues, and maintain confidentiality. Requires territory travel with substantial overnight stays and ability to obtain or hold life/health insurance license.

Lead general ledger analysis and reconciliations (AR, prepaid, payroll benefits), manage ASC 842 lease accounting, maintain fixed assets and depreciation, prepare financial reports, support external audits, and drive accounting process improvements and controls.
