Lead external communications to raise ACA's public profile and manage media relations, crisis response, advocacy messaging, and digital outreach. Craft strategic messaging, oversee press materials and spokesperson duties, coordinate with government affairs, track KPIs, and support member engagement and campaign execution.

Maintain and update master data records, process manufacturer registrations and product records, troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, import/export and transform datasets between Salesforce, Excel, and other systems, produce compliance reports, support cross-functional teams, follow data governance, and work independently with occasional travel and DC-based training.

Coordinate HR and office operations, managing recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll data entry, and office management tasks. Support employee benefits and ensure smooth operations in office services.
