As a Strategy Consultant, you will drive project delivery and client relationships, leveraging analytical skills while mentoring junior team members in the TMT sector.

Provide HR operational support across the EMEA employee lifecycle from the Munich office, ensuring compliance with German labour law, improving onboarding and internship programmes, managing visa/work permit processes, supporting DEI and employer branding, and leading HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
