Leads SubCom’s project planning and scheduling function, managing master ship, pier, vessel-specific, and operational schedules. Coordinates cross-functional inputs across project management, factory planning, supply chain, fleet operations, and project schedulers. Identifies and escalates capacity constraints, ensures schedule accuracy and consistency, supports operational execution, reduces risk, and provides internal and client reporting.

Processes high-volume vendor invoices in Oracle, secures approvals, verifies accounting codes, reconciles payments, resolves invoice discrepancies, and audits travel and expense reports. The role supports timely payment processing, expense control, policy compliance, and communication with vendors and internal departments. Occasional overtime may be required during high-volume periods and financial closings.

Leads engineering, planning, mobilization, installation, repair, and inspection of deep-sea submarine cable systems. Supervises cable engineering and marine deck operations, coordinates vessel loading and offloading, interfaces with customers and Ocean Operations teams, prepares technical procedures, delivers training, and may supervise personnel. Requires extensive travel to remote shore-end locations and cable-laying vessels.

Designs, programs, integrates, commissions, and maintains PLC-, robot-, motion-control-, and machine-vision-based automation systems for subsea cable manufacturing. Troubleshoots controls issues, develops safety interlocks, supports equipment testing, analyzes downtime, maintains documentation, trains operators and technicians, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with mechanical, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams and may work any shift, including overtime, to support production.

Manage multiple undersea telecommunications projects from pre-award through completion, overseeing project financials, margins, revenue, risks, contracts, schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional and matrixed teams, negotiate changes, resolve complex issues, communicate project status to leadership, and ensure contractual and organizational commitments are met. The role requires strategic planning, financial oversight, strong leadership, and domestic and international customer travel.
