The role may independently lead smaller projects or workstreams, support commercial negotiations and claims, present project updates to leadership, and mentor junior team members while preparing for progression into a Project Manager position.

Develops, prototypes, tests, qualifies, and transfers electro-optic modules, optical amplifiers, and terminal optical equipment into manufacturing. Responsibilities include optical modeling, component specification and supplier coordination, design verification, environmental qualification, test data analysis, manufacturing test development, production support, and field support. The role requires advanced fiber-optic, optical amplifier, electro-optic laboratory, testing, and R&D-to-manufacturing transfer expertise.

Build and maintain cloud data architectures, SQL Server databases, data pipelines, models, Power BI solutions, and .NET applications. Lead database modernization and Azure migrations, implement security and DevOps practices, integrate APIs, apply AI and advanced analytics, and ensure data quality, governance, reliability, and cost efficiency. The Senior Project Scheduler develops, maintains, and publishes operational plans of work for subsea cable projects. Responsibilities include coordinating planning inputs across project management, manufacturing, fleet operations, engineering, and supply chain; identifying schedule risks and constraints; analyzing impacts; supporting corrective actions; maintaining schedule locks; and providing project progress, variance, and customer-facing reports. The role also supports the Master Scheduler and guides Project Schedulers on risk management and planning scenarios.

Coordinates marine-related projects from kickoff through completion by maintaining documentation, supporting customer presentations and contract deliverables, tracking schedules, shipments, spares, and costs, and assisting project managers. Performs quality reviews, process improvement, reporting, data transfers, SharePoint maintenance, and purchase requisition support. Collaborates with factory, quality, logistics, contractors, and other internal teams while helping improve export documentation and invoice processes.
