Develops analyses, reports, briefings, and recommendations; coordinates with stakeholders, program offices, and leadership; and supports compliance with NGA, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community requirements.

Lead development and transition of advanced OPIR data-processing algorithms for infrared sensing and space-based missile warning systems. Evaluate pipelines, troubleshoot sensor and software issues, analyze data anomalies, and develop technical documentation and transition plans. Collaborate with NGA, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, research organizations, and external agencies on advanced sensing technologies.

Develop and maintain .NET and C# web applications using MVC and IIS on Windows Server. Perform software testing, SQL stored procedure development, SDLC activities, defect tracking, technical documentation, and mentoring of junior personnel. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and eligibility for additional clearances.

Provides administrative and documentation support to a policy team, including maintaining staff files and review schedules, developing SOPs and guides, routing policy inquiries, preparing correspondence, reports, and briefings, and proofreading policy communications. The role requires SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe publishing tools, APA-style writing and editing, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English or Communication. The position is fully onsite and requires TS/SCI clearance.
