Leads and coordinates software testing across release trains, including Factory Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness Testing, and Test Readiness Reviews. Tracks test execution, defects, demonstrations, dependencies, schedules, and cross-program integration. Maintains requirements-to-test traceability, reports metrics through JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau, and aligns testing with SAFe Agile delivery cycles. Manages IT contracts supporting software development and system administration, including task assignments, project pacing, work-in-progress monitoring, deliverable verification, independent execution, and reporting. The role supports Army Military Intelligence operations and requires extensive program or project management experience, advanced business-related education, and an active TS/SCI clearance with counterintelligence polygraph.

Provides program management oversight and strategic support for NGA programs. Analyzes cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance; develops reports, briefings, and recommendations; coordinates stakeholders and leadership; and supports compliance with NGA, DoD, and Intelligence Community requirements.

Analyze and exploit infrared and OPIR sensor data, including SBIRS; develop sensor-processing algorithms in Python and MATLAB; investigate phenomenology, model sensor performance, design experiments, troubleshoot workflows, and support CONOPS, technical documentation, and emerging sensing technology integration for NASIC missions.

Designs and expands complex systems architectures using MBSE and SysML. Modernizes simulation workflows, develops scripts, standardizes modeling ontologies, and documents system behaviors, data standards, and trade studies. Collaborates with Agile developers, product owners, and data scientists to map physical system properties and intelligence characteristics to software backlogs. Requires onsite support and active TS/SCI clearance.

Supports cloud interface and systems integration through API endpoint checks, data-flow and schema mapping, workflow testing, delivery-log monitoring, release tracking, and configuration documentation. Participates in Agile ceremonies and maintains tasks and changes in JIRA and Confluence. Requires onsite support at Wright-Patterson AFB with an active TS/SCI clearance and familiarity with DoD IT infrastructure and security compliance.

Provides lifecycle acquisition management support for NGA programs, including requirements validation, acquisition planning, source selection, procurement package development, and contract execution monitoring. Develops analyses, reports, briefings, and recommendations while coordinating with stakeholders, program offices, and leadership. Ensures compliance with NGA, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community requirements.
