Leads cloud-native software delivery and modernization across the contract. Translates enterprise architecture goals into developer backlogs, governs systemic discrepancy resolution, coordinates vendor ecosystem integrations, and standardizes JIRA, Confluence, sprint, and review workflows. Requires experience updating web content, using electronic publishing applications, applying APA writing and editing standards, and developing communications strategies.

Leads Agile and Scrum practices for software development projects supporting SharePoint and IIS applications. Scopes projects, estimates effort, evaluates customer requirements, applies SDLC processes, and mentors junior personnel. Requires significant experience with Agile methodologies, software development teams, Microsoft technologies, and TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Maintains requirements traceability, taxonomy, dependencies, risks, and documentation across release trains using JIRA and Confluence. Coordinates Product Owners, engineers, vendors, government stakeholders, and external programs to translate requirements into epics and features, support SAFe planning, conduct reviews, synchronize backlogs, and ensure architecture and system documentation remain accurate. The role also supports RTM governance, capability demonstrations, compliance auditing, and cross-program development integration.

Leads enterprise and solution architecture design for complex government and international-partner systems. Develops architecture views, digital models, roadmaps, and DoDAF/PAG-compliant artifacts; advises senior leadership; oversees other architects; supports requirements analysis, architecture governance, and investment decisions. Uses MBSE methods to link requirements, designs, services, and systems across partner organizations. The role is fully onsite in Springfield, Virginia, and requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility and polygraph capability.

Develop and administer Tableau dashboards, reports, and data integrations supporting enterprise reporting and Release Train Management. Maintain accurate Tableau views, track corrective actions, optimize system performance, and connect new and existing data sources, including JIRA. Produce integrated delivery schedule graphics for leadership briefings, guide RTM teams, and provide data-driven insights aligned with Agile and SAFe processes.

Leads and coordinates software testing across release trains, including Factory Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness Testing, and Test Readiness Reviews. Tracks test execution, defects, demonstrations, dependencies, schedules, and cross-program integration. Maintains requirements-to-test traceability, reports metrics through JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau, and aligns testing with SAFe Agile delivery cycles. Coordinates Product Owners, engineers, vendors, government stakeholders, and NGA testing organizations while documenting decisions, evidence, outcomes, and sign-offs.
