Provides specialized expertise in areas such as cybersecurity strategy, enterprise architecture, risk management, records management, and continuity planning. Advises leadership, mentors teams, resolves issues, and aligns programs with organizational objectives.

Develops and deploys AI/ML and intelligent automation workflows for complex intelligence datasets. Builds statistical models, data pipelines, dashboards, and scalable software outputs within secure cloud infrastructure. Integrates data strategies with Zero Trust Architecture, supports reporting and technology prototyping, and collaborates with engineers, database administrators, and product owners. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and onsite support at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Manages and executes NGA’s GEOINT history program, including historical research, writing, editing, archival management, artifact preservation, museum curation, exhibits, tours, and public-facing content. Oversees the Historical Research Center, inventories and organizes records and artifacts, supports loans and acquisitions, and advises on preservation and deaccessioning. Provides quality assurance, project coordination, audit support, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, museums, and community partners.

Provides strategic acquisition leadership and portfolio-level lifecycle acquisition support for NGA major system acquisitions. Develops analyses, reports, briefings, and recommendations; coordinates with stakeholders, program offices, and leadership; supports program execution and compliance with NGA, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community requirements.

Manages office administration and staff support, including calendars, meetings, correspondence, task tracking, travel, records, SharePoint sites, logistics, supplies, and process improvements. Coordinates governance forums, prepares reports and briefings, tracks action items, and supports office leadership. Requires strong communication, organization, independent judgment, Microsoft Office and SharePoint expertise, and familiarity with government systems such as N-CERTS, MET, DTS, DCIPS, and PeopleSoft.

Supports digital engineering through SysML model implementation, taxonomy and data-standard application, technical requirements verification, systems metrics reporting, and Agile sprint activities. Maintains modeling baselines and task status using JIRA and Confluence, contributes to MBSE governance reporting, and supports system configuration updates under senior architect guidance. Requires on-site work at Wright-Patterson AFB and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Administer and optimize Microsoft Windows Server environments in production. Plan and deploy server technologies and upgrades, configure Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, monitor performance, apply patches and STIGs, automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, and ensure security and operational efficiency. Lead teams, assign and review tasks, mentor junior personnel, and provide technical recommendations.

Leads budget planning and execution analysis, resource allocation, PPBE activities, congressional budget support, spend-plan development, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination for NGA and DoD/Intelligence Community programs.
