Guides multidisciplinary systems engineering teams across requirements, architecture, integration, testing, reliability, resiliency, and analysis for complex GEOINT systems. Translates mission needs into system requirements and solutions, performs trade studies and engineering assessments, supports cloud and hybrid infrastructure analysis, and advises on technical planning, risk management, interfaces, and program execution. Requires substantial government or industry systems engineering experience, MBSE knowledge, Agile implementation, and a TS/SCI clearance.

The Release Manager orchestrates Agile Release Trains across software, hardware, and firmware initiatives. Leads enterprise systems integration and architecture modernization initiatives supporting NGA and mission partners. Guides requirements, architecture, interfaces, testing, transition to operations, trade studies, and technical investment decisions. Drives Digital Engineering and MBSE adoption, develops roadmaps and engineering documentation, leads cross-functional GEOINT modernization teams, and advises senior government stakeholders. Requires extensive DoD or Intelligence Community systems engineering experience, GEOINT expertise, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Serves as the principal technical authority for enterprise digital engineering and model-centric intelligence. Leads systems architecture, MBSE governance, enterprise taxonomy and data-standard development, technical risk assessment, strategic technology scouting, and cross-functional coordination. Authors formal MBSE performance, feasibility, and governance reports for senior leadership. Requires expert proficiency with MBSE and SysML tools, extensive aerospace or defense simulation experience, and active TS/SCI clearance for fully onsite support.

Lead enterprise schedule development and management across programs, projects, segments, and mission partners. Maintain integrated schedules, analyze critical paths and dependencies, perform what-if scenarios, assess schedule risks, develop mitigation plans, and present schedule status through reports, Gantt charts, and visualizations. Coordinate milestone planning, roadmaps, baselines, capability releases, and schedule data collection while providing senior-level guidance and leading personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

Serves as the principal integration authority for secure enterprise interfaces, cloud capability synchronization, cross-domain data flows, and multi-network system integration. Leads vendor coordination, interface requirements, cybersecurity compliance, API specification, outage planning, configuration transitions, and return-to-operations activities across complex mission environments. Requires extensive systems or network engineering experience and an active TS/SCI clearance for fully onsite support.

Develop and customize SharePoint solutions, including code, web parts, and workflows. Apply software development lifecycle practices; mentor junior personnel; document and report software defects; perform unit, system, functional, user acceptance, and other testing; and use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. The role requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance and DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II certification.

Manages people and technical data projects while developing quantitative analyses, visualizations, ETL processes, databases, data pipelines, and cloud-based solutions. Works with complex geospatial data and creates data-driven insights. Preferred experience includes Agile/SAFe, NGA enterprise systems, MLOps, GEOINT certification, and AI/ML applications to geospatial data. Requires TS/SCI clearance and a current CI polygraph immediately after starting or within scope.

Provides comprehensive administrative and staff support for an intelligence organization, including meeting and conference coordination, correspondence and task tracking, records management, travel and personnel administration, calendar maintenance, reporting, briefings, editorial services, and process improvement. The role supports leadership, manages office actions, coordinates staff activities, and requires TS/SCI clearance and full-time onsite work.
