Lead and independently manage a portfolio of complex engineering projects within the Test Technology and Systems PMO. Plan scope, resources, and milestones; monitor progress; mitigate risks and resolve roadblocks; drive accountability with engineering leads; produce status reports; mentor junior PMs; enforce PMO processes and improve tools.

Design, simulate, verify, characterize, and bring to production mixed-signal/analog IC blocks for hearables and wearable audio products. Collaborate with digital, software, test, and product teams; perform lab bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and system-level verification.

Define and implement DFT architecture and flows (SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN), develop ATPG and insertion flows, debug timing, support post-silicon bring-up and failure analysis, collaborate with physical design and test teams, and improve DFT methodology.

Design verification engineer responsible for mixed-signal behavioral modeling, creating verification plans/environments, SV/UVM metric-driven verification, chip-top and block-level verification, model validation, cross-discipline collaboration, and post-silicon test support to accelerate time-to-market.

Verify embedded software for datacenter power-management systems by defining test specifications, developing automated tests and frameworks (Python/PyTest), automating CI/CD, analyzing results, documenting root cause, and authoring test reports and release sign-offs.

Develop and maintain quality requirements for Maxim products; respond to customer quality and reliability inquiries; collaborate with manufacturing on Control Plan and FMEA changes; manage customer failure analysis and PPAP processes; coordinate audits and specification reviews; perform risk assessments; ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety policies.
