Manage and optimize tooling inventory to minimize production downtime and control costs. Responsibilities include tooling design and standardization, inventory and crib management, tooling inspection and repair decisions, vendor and budget management, root-cause troubleshooting on the production floor, and supporting NPI audits and readiness.

The role involves developing and executing global sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring quality and performance in semiconductor manufacturing materials and tooling.

Lead cross-functional programs to deploy and scale manufacturing capabilities across global sites, covering NPI, volume readiness, system installation (orbital welding, electropolish), 5M&E assessments, business case development, Gantt-based project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance.

Manage month/quarter-end inventory and manufacturing closes, analyze work order and absorption variances, maintain product costs and BOM cost data, support budgeting/forecasting (AOP), assist audits (SOX, US GAAP, tax), partner with inventory and cross-functional teams to optimize costs and drive continuous improvement.

Manage inbound receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations; ensure accurate documentation and stock issuance; supervise warehouse staff; coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and 3PLs; run physical counts, investigate discrepancies, maintain QMS procedures, and drive continuous improvement and safety practices.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver internal products and department initiatives. Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and staffing. Drive process improvements, report progress to leadership, develop project proposals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Technical Program Manager leads programs to deploy manufacturing capabilities, ensuring readiness and alignment across global sites while managing NPI and operational execution.

The Flow Metrology Engineer will lead projects in gas flow and pressure testing, develop MATLAB sequences, analyze data, and coordinate with teams.
