Lead full‑stack design, development, deployment and support of Findur-customized components and APIs. Design scalable RDBMS schemas, ensure code quality, manage CI/CD deployments, troubleshoot incidents, and transfer technical knowledge to operations while aligning with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Manage IT finance for digital technology infrastructure, including accounts payable for major technology vendors, budget-versus-actual analysis, unit cost modeling, contract optimization, and billing dispute resolution. Partner with Finance, Strategic Management, procurement, and technology teams to support operating plans, financial governance, forecasting, reporting, and technology spending strategies.

Collect, validate and compile macroeconomic and debt securities data; perform statistical analysis, imputation and forecasting (including ML); generate insights and visualizations; draft policies and reporting guidance; define business/functional requirements and test system enhancements; communicate results to stakeholders; coach and supervise support staff.

Manage IT software development and infrastructure projects from strategy and business case development through delivery. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, requirements and architecture review, procurement, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and stakeholder communication. The role ensures projects align with business needs, IT infrastructure standards, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations while applying Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Manage availability, reliability, performance and disaster recovery for BNM public-facing systems. Provide application support, incident resolution, system improvements, DevOps participation, stakeholder IT advisory, and translate business needs into IT solutions. Maintain relationships with external peers and keep abreast of relevant technologies and security practices.

Lead development of sector-wide cyber risk measurement, surveillance, policies, and frameworks. Drive thematic assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, and advisory services to strengthen financial sector cyber resilience and risk infrastructure.
